Hello Lovelies! Today I am bringing you a review on the The Body Shop Tea Tree Squeaky Scrub. I did a review back on the Tree Tea Oil Facial Cleanser that you can find here, and I mentioned that it would be great if The Body Shop came out with a tea tree facial scrub. When I went to the website during the black friday sale event, I was excited to see that they came out with The Body Shop Tea Tree Squeaky Clean Scrub and purchased it right away.
The Body Shop Tea Tree Squeaky Clean Scrub retails at $14.00 (3.3 fl. oz). The scrub cleans pores, removing impurities in the skin leaving the face feeling smooth and clean.

I was going to do a first impression post and realized that my first impression on the The Body Shop Tea Tree Squeaky Clean Facial Scrub,I felt disappointed. I figured let me give this product a chance before I really say anything about it. To be honest at first I did not like it. I felt that it did not have enough scrubbers and was not abrasive enough like other facial scrubbers are . The more I used the product the more I realized that it has many micro scrubbers and that they are very fine.I am so used to using facial scrubbers that have bigger scrubbers, so when I first used this product I thought it was not good.I was wrong. For those who have sensitive skin like me, I think this is great that the micro scrubbers are very fine because that means the scrub will be gentle on the face. The Body Shop Tea Tree Squeaky Clean Scrub is very invigorating as well. After I rinsed the scrub off ,my face felt really soft and smooth . I went from not liking the product to loving it. This is my new favorite facial scrub.I am very happy that I gave The Body Shop Tea Tree Squeaky Clean Scrub another chance. I use this product three times a week and it is in a permeant spot in my daytime facial routine. I recommend this product if you have sensitive skin, because the micro scrubbers are very fine and I found the scrub to be gentle enough for my sensitive skin. If you love Tea Tree products, I think you should try out The Body Shop Tea Tree Squeaky Clean Scrub.
The Body Shop Tea Tree Squeaky Clean Scrub has beads that help unclog your pores which leaves your face feeling clean afterwards. If you look closer, you can see many little white specks. Those are the very fine micro scrubbers. This scrub is saturated with these fine micro scrubbers that leaves your face really smooth. These fine micro scrubbers are great for those with sensitive skin.
Texture:
The texture has a sticky gel like feel to it.
Here you can see the beads and the micro scrubbers are in there as well, you just can't see them.Hence the name micro scrubbers.
Conclusion:
Hope you enjoyed my review on The Body Shop Tea Tree Squeaky Clean Scrub. You can purchase the facial scrub at The Body Shop.(It is currently on sale 40% off!) :)

ReplyDeleteyes it does :)
ReplyDeleteSalam, thanks for the review, just wondering do you think it does a good job at removing dead skin? i also have sensitive skin so it sounds great but i also get pretty flaky sometimes :(
ReplyDeletewaliekum salan dear, I think it does a great job for removing dead skin. Since i have sensitive skin as well, the fine micro scrubbers are easy onmy skin and not too abrasive. If you are worried about your skin drying up,I always apply a moisturizer after a my daily and night time skin care routine. Hope I helped :) Thanks for stopping by :)
